Customer Service
Waters Fine Catering prides itself on the fact that every aspect of each event is unique. Time is taken to find out what the client wants, not what is easy. In these days of such fierce competition it is easy to cut corners to make things work, the trouble is when you do they don't! Each menu and event is carefully planned with the customer in mind, exceeding the expectations of our clients is the rule for us. As far as client interaction, we stress respect and respectful, friendly but not familiar.

Teamwork
Our staff works with us, not for us. This is the keystone of our philosophy. As such, we have built a team of employees that have pride and passion which shows at every event. They are with us because they want to be! All of our staff are professionally-trained by Waters and hold food handlers' certification. We never use staffing agencies. Our relationship with other contractors is always professional and friendly.
